Bitumen Waterproof Tape, also known as Flash Band or Flash Tape, is a self-adhesive polymer-modified bitumen tape. Backed with a durable material, it creates a watertight seal on almost any surface. Ready to use, it’s the ideal solution for sealing and repairing metal sheeting, water tanks, downpipes, gutters, and more. Supplied in rolls interleaved with a disposable release film.

Installing Guideline:

  1. Ensure surfaces are dry, load-bearing, and free from grease and dust.
  2. Unroll and cut Bitumen Aluminium Flashing Tape to the required length.
  3. Peel the backing strip and apply the adhesive side onto the prepared substrate.
  4. Smooth down using a roller or gentle fingertip pressure to prevent air pockets and creases.
